Our Process
Step One
Consultation / Estimate
Phone Call
We start with an initial phone call to get a better idea of your project and what you're looking for.
Site Visit
Our initial site visit has the goal of discussing ideas, answering your questions, beginning the planning phase. We take necessary measurements and pictures of the project area for reference.
Step Two
Proposal
Within 1-3 business days (may take longer for large projects) we'll provide you with a proposal by email. The proposal will include specifications, scope of work and pricing.
*Please check your junk mail if you have not received the email within the discussed time frame.
Step Three
Finalize Details
Proposal Acceptance
Upon approval, you can make any desired changes to the scope of work. We'll provide updated pricing.
Begin Planning Phase
We'll begin the planning and design phase. At this point, a contract is signed, we take a deposit for the project and book the project in our schedule.
Step Four
Design Phase
Using the proposal, we'll design your project through a 3D virtual design software. We'll refine details and come up with a plan. If applicable, plant selection is completed during this phase. Design can be presented through a video link or by a visit to our store / office.
*Design phase not applicable for fences and some small projects that won't benefit from a design.
Step Five
Installation
Our crews will come to the site and begin the project. Using industry COR safety procedures, we'll follow safety protocol with all documentation. Crews will do everything they can to ensure the site stays as neat as possible. We don't bounce around from site to site so crews will be on your project each business day until completion.
Step Six
Final Walkthrough
Upon completion, we'll complete a final site visit. During this visit, we'll ensure everything has been completed to your satisfaction.
We'll go over final details and provide functionality and maintenance directions. We collect the final payment during this visit.
