How do I get started?The easiest way to start the process is to click the "Free Consultation" button at the top of our site. Then simply fill out the form and click send, one of our specialists will then get back to you shortly. Call us to request a consultation or fill out the contact us form, please let us know you'd like to explore the 3D design option 2. Schedule a time for us to visit the site or your home 3. During your consultation, we'll discuss what you're looking for, different options, ideas, concerns and more 4. If desired, we'll complete the landscape design work, this process typically takes between 3-6 business days, it may take longer for larger projects. We typically recommend a design with every job. 5. We'll set up a second meeting to go over the preliminary plans, materials and specifications of the project, this is your opportunity to make the desired changes to the design 6. Once the design is finalized, materials are chosen, and the project is finalized, we'll put together the final plans and estimates 7. It is now time to schedule the project, we require a signed contract and 50% deposit to schedule the project, we offer financing options or can complete the project in different stages if desired 8. We start and complete the project, do a final walkthrough and go over any special details that should be discussed, then you enjoy your new yard! Option 2: No design, just plan and build (not recommended for medium to large projects) 1. Call us to request a consultation or fill out the contact us form 2. Schedule a time for us to visit the site or your home 3. During your consultation, we'll discuss what you're looking for, different options, ideas, concerns and more 4. We'll have the initial estimate to you by email within 1-2 business days (may be longer for larger projects) 5. Upon approval, we'll set up a second meeting to go over the preliminary plans, materials and specifications of the project, this is your opportunity to make the desired changes to the plans 6. Once the plan is finalized, materials are chosen, and the project is finalized, we'll put together the final plans and pricing 7. It is now time to schedule the project, we require a signed contract and 50% deposit to schedule the project, we offer financing options or can complete the project in different stages if desired 8. We start and complete the project, do a final walkthrough and go over any special details that should be discussed, then you enjoy your new yard! ​

The best thing you can do is explore Houzz.com look at their landscaping projects and find the areas and things you like, then send us the pictures through email or our Houzz account. We can then use the pictures as a reference point to help plan your dream yard!

How do you price your projects?We price all our projects on a per job basis. Using industry standard price ranges as a template, we fit your project specifications into that model and base pricing off that along with using our years of experience and knowledge to help bring you the best possible price point. I can't afford the yard I want, what do I do?"Having the yard of your dreams comes with a price, we're here to help make things easier on you. There are a few options we can help you with. We offer financing options. Ask us for more information about our financing options. A better option is to complete the project in stages. Sacrificing the yard of your dreams for a cheaper alternative can leave you unhappy and regretting the decision down the road. We can complete your project in stage on a schedule that suits your needs.

Do you cut corners, buy cheap materials or skip steps? (Answer: NEVER)"This is a problem that we see almost every day while working in the field, it has come to plague the industry leaving a bad name for everyone. At Nuterro Solutions, we NEVER skip steps, buy cheap materials or cut corners. We use only the best materials for each project, we would rather turn down a job than use products and materials we know aren't up to our high standards. We want your project to last years, to do so, both workmanship and material quality need to be top notch, the end result will speak for itself.

Which methods of payment do you accept?We take a variety of payment methods, these include: 1. Online Invoice: We email you an invoice, you simply click the link on the email and pay through the secure payment method. Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Debit Visa are accepted. Additional service fees may apply 2. In Person, through a square portable card reader, payable by Visa, Mastercard, Amex. 3. In Person, Cash 4. In Person, Cheque: Please note, bank drafts may be required 5. E-Transfers: These are also accepted, please set this up with your Nuterro Landscaping Specialist if this method is preferred.

When do I pay my monthly service bill?If you are signed up for one of our monthly services, payments must be maybe before the service month begins. For example, if your service for May has not been payed, you must pay by April 30th. If payments are not made before the next scheduled visit, we will not complete the service until payment has been made.

When is payment made for other services?Payment is usually made before, or on the day of service. This will be confirmed with the specialist you speak with. For small jobs under $800, payment is usually made the same day or before completion. For larger jobs, we require 50% of the total price before we show up on your property to start the job, then the next 40% half way through completion and the final 10% once the job is completed on the walkthrough. If there are any changes to this, your specialist will notify you.

I want to make a change to my services, who should I talk to?"Our services staff are trained to know their job and know it well; however, they keep very busy and we wouldn't want the message to get lost in their busy schedule. If you have any questions or concerns about your services or want to make a change please direct them to our head office at 204-792-9430.

What happens if it rains the day of my services?If it's a light drizzle, we do our best to stay on course and complete your yard; however if it's raining, your yard becomes soft. In such situations we wouldn't want to make ruts or damage your yard. In such an event that it rains and the ground is too wet, we do our best to make it out as soon as the ground moisture level permits us. This usually means we get to your yard within the next 1-2 business days.
