Simple Steps to Completion of Your Fence

2. Fill out the estimate form at the bottom of this page, we will provide a rough estimate through email as soon as possible

3. Upon your approval, we'll complete a site visit. During this site visit, we'll go over desired styling and finalize details before providing you with a final price

4. If your fence is on a new property or does not have an old fence already installed, we require property line markers from a qualified land surveyor prior to completion

What height can my fence be?
For standard residential houses, height restrictions are as follows:
Front Yards - A maximum height of 4ft
Side & Back Yards - A maximum of 6ft, 6in
Pool Fences - A minimum of 5ft

Is my neighbor required to pay half?
No, neighbors are not required to pay half. This discussion must be held between you and your neighbor before we begin the installation.

Do I need permits for a fence?
Residential fences do not require a permit under normal circumstances
​
How do I figure out my property lines?
Prior to installation, if you don't already have a fence, a land surveyor must complete a property survey to establish the property lines so we can proceed with the installation. There are a variety of offices providing this service, fees typically range from $500+ for the survey. This is an essential step to ensure there are no disputes between your property and your neighbors property.

How much does a fence cost?
Wood Fences typically start at $55/linear ft and can go up to $100/linear ft or more depending on material type, style, fence length and add-ons. Chain link fences typically start at around $25/linear ft and can go up to around $50/linear ft. Vinyl Fences typically start at around $55/ linear foot and can go up to $120/linear ft or more depending on length and style. Fluctuating material costs and job specific conditions require that we complete personalized quotes.
