Our Design Process
Step One
Consultation
Contact us to set up a site visit. Provide us with the design package you'd like to explore. During this visit we'll go over details, options, what you're looking for and help plan your vision.
If you're looking for us to complete your landscape project as well, we'll provide a pricing proposal within 1-3 business days.
If you have a plot plan, please provide us with a copy at this time.
Step Two
Design Phase
We'll sign an agreement, take a deposit and complete the design. During this time we'll create a 3D rendering. Typical designs take 3 to 6 business days. This design can be viewed in one of 2 ways.
1. Come to our office and view it on our computer or virtual headset.
2. We send a link via email to a video of the 3D walkthrough.
Step Three
Revisions & Planning
Once the design has been reviewed, changes can be made. We'll update the design with these changes and send a revised design video via email as well as any plant plans, CAD drawings or documents. If you are satisfied and not having your project completed through Nuterro, we'll collect the final deposit at this time.
Step Four
Project Completion
If you're having Nuterro Solutions complete your landscape project, we'll set a projected start date. Our crews will show up to complete the project. We keep our crews on a project until completion and don't bounce around between projects.
Once completed we do a final walkthrough to ensure complete satisfaction. We collect final project payment at this time.
