We will set up a site consultation time during the call.

Site Consultation

We'll visit your site to inspect the installation area and review materials and options. Using the catalogue we sent in step 1, you'll get a good idea of what we can do.

Choose from other add-ons and features such as pergolas, cabanas, patios and more!
Step 3:
Finalization & Design
​
If you're going with a pre-built package, we'll finalize the details and add-ons. If you want a custom creation, we'll design your kitchen so you'll know what to expect. If permits are required, we take care of the process for you!

Once the details are finalized and your feature is approved, we'll set an installation date and order the materials.
Step 4:
Installation & Enjoy!

Our expert crews will install your outdoor features. Watch as your yard transforms into the ultimate outdoor living space!

Upon completion, we'll do a walkthrough and provide final details and warranty information.

PRE-BUILT VS. CUSTOM KITCHENS
Pre-Built: Pre-built kitchens are a great option these days. We offer a variety of options. These kitchens are light-weight and can go on a deck or patio with little to no alterations to any existing structures.
​
Custom Built: Custom kitchens offer amazing customization that doesn't come with pre-built options. They look amazing and can be built to match surrounding features or buildings. The added weight often requires footings or if building on a deck, may require added structural support.
​
HOW MUCH DOES AN OUTDOOR KITCHEN COST?
Pre-built kitchens start around $7k - $9k and can go up to $25k or more depending on the added features and utility requirements.
Custom-built kitchens start around $13k - $15k and can go up to $35k or more depending on added features and utility requirements.

STONE VS. CUSTOM OUTDOOR FIREPLACES
Stone fireplaces are a wood burning fireplace option. They are created using concrete stones stacked on top of one another. These sturdy but very heavy fireplaces require that we install a concrete footing. These cannot be installed on a deck.
​
Custom outdoor fireplaces are available in propane or natural gas options. They are created using a wood, steel or concrete frame. Stone veneer siding is added for finishing. These fireplaces are available in different styles and offer additional options to make your feature unique.

HOW MUCH DOES AN OUTDOOR FIREPLACE COST?
Stone outdoor fireplaces (wood burning), created with concrete stones start around $15k and can go up to $30k or more depending on added features.
Custom outdoor fireplaces (gas/propane), created with a frame and stone siding start around $9k and can go up to $30k or more depending on the frame, siding and added features.

We do! When required, we'll take care of any necessary permits to ensure you can sit back and enjoy the process without any headache of figuring out the permit process.

WHO INSTALLS THE WATER, GAS OR ELECTRICAL LINES?
When your NuTerro-installed feature requires utilities. We bring in job-specific professionals to permit and install or connect any utilities. For example, we may install a sink and tap, but a licensed plumber will install the water lines and connect them to the tap. Know you're in good hands, legally covered and safe with a Nuterro installation!
